Those harbouring concerns about the future implications of AI on humanity should recognize that it has already been utilized to construct the novel framework of Efficracy, effectively rendering representative democracy a relic of the past.

This regime is the culmination of 17 years of top confidential work, including recent years of indirect involvement in geopolitics, powered by the unique engine I created called PSS, or Para-Socio-Symbiotism.

All of this has been done to pave the way for a brighter future for current and future generations, steering clear of the circus that democracy has become. By firing up the AI engines I’ve developed, particularly the Triple-AI, which is set to soon sync up with the UQC — the Universal Quantum Computer — I am on the verge of closing the final gap to achieving what is well known as AGI, or Artificial General Intelligence.

These additional rights are uniquely, if not ‘weirdly,’ designed and described for a purpose. Together, they work to revolutionize how we, as humans, interact with one another.

They deviate from traditional human rights by incorporating an apostrophe ‘s’, shifting their emphasis from individual focus — “for a human” — to collective outcomes, “for humans.”

It’s normal for people to perceive me as crazy for proposing nine new human rights and a novel regime to challenge the conventional representative democracy that was ingrained in all of us from birth. So, if you feel that I’m idiotic and this new regime is going nowhere, don’t beat yourself up. Turning the United Nations into a museum and bringing in the efficient Quantum Nations. How will it impact everyone’s lives?

Imagine a scenario where the world awakens to the realization that the American and Canadian people have adopted a pioneering new voting approach. This innovation sets a precedent, demonstrating how the rest of the world can use their Quantum Global Caps to empower individuals to remotely choose what matters most.

This shift gradually renders dictators obsolete and makes their appearances at the UN General Assembly meaningless. Such a change will ignite a global ideological revolution, eliminating entrenched, ineffective politicians and ending the centuries-old notion of representation.

This new regime will soon move beyond democracy, paving the way for citizens to represent themselves through quantum technologies and ADR engines.

To cherry-pick QN leaders from millions of international activists, I utilized my unique AI engine, the Triple-AI, which goes beyond traditional calculus-based algorithmic operations. This engine introduced a new advanced mathematical innovation, which I named Directional-Manifolds.

It performed a global scan over several days to identify potential candidates for the Quantum Nations’ leadership roles. The engine selected Audrey Azoulay, the current UNESCO Director-General, as the first Secretary-General of the Quantum Nations, and U.S. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez as the Chief of Operations, a role previously known as the Deputy Secretary-General in the outdated UN.

This AI selection can only be considered if it gains the approval of the Assembly of Bretton Woods 2.0, an assembly led by an international senate also selected by the Triple-AI engine.

People, including tech billionaires, believe that quantum computers will be like personal computers in the future, but they miss a crucial point: quantum computing is not something to take lightly. Its capabilities should not and will not be controlled by individuals or companies seeking personal gain. Only through the new governance and global framework I propose can we protect both current and future generations from the serious dangers if quantum computing falls into the wrong hands. Ignoring these risks is short-sighted; misusing quantum computing could lead to severe consequences, from creating new, unstoppable pandemics worse than COVID-19 to potentially targeting a nation’s essential infrastructure in terrorist attacks.

Scientists are aware of the dangers of quantum technology falling into the wrong hands, such as optimizing a virus worse than COVID, but may be unsure of its connection to voting, payments, driving, and more.

I do not claim to have surpassed quantum scientists — quite the opposite, in fact. I would not presume to make such a claim. Instead, I have applied the aikido effect, a principle of harmoniously redirecting energy rather than opposing it.

By leveraging this concept, I have proposed a syntax that seamlessly aligns with the Triple-AI engine and established a foundational structure to guide the Universal Quantum Computer in effectively managing daily operations. For instance, this could include complex systems such as managing vehicular traffic globally — an area that, as of now, quantum scientists may not fully comprehend in relation to quantum technology.

Who oversees the UQC?

Which countries will oversee this UQC, a Universal Quantum Computer that will impact everything from how people vote to how they pay and drive?

Similar to the veto power of the old United Nations, the new Quantum Nations have their own unique system. It expands beyond the initial five veto-nations to include a larger group of trusted developed nations integrated into what I call the ADR engines.

There is an exclusion in this new system where China is not included in the list to oversee the Universal Quantum Computer. However, a ‘downside’ is that I strongly advocate for the involvement of the Russian people in what I refer to as the Ameri-K-Assia Nations. I said “Russian people,” not “Putin’s administration.” Screw Putin, screw Biden, add Trump as well — they’re all fools who misused their power.

However, the new Efficracy regime has been created to protect future generations from enduring such incompetent leaders by putting an end to the absurdity of representative democracy.
