Biden’s decision to pardon his son, after repeatedly promising not to, leaves everyone speechless — including myself. As a Moroccan, I’ve always viewed America as the world’s leader. If the leader of the free world acts this way, what does that leave for other nations?

This only amplifies the call for a top-to-bottom reform, making the demand for a new regime and constitution more urgent and logical than ever before. A new constitution would place power in the hands of the American people, allowing them to vote weekly on issues that impact their lives and finances.

Perhaps, through such an innovative system, Americans could even vote to put both Biden and his son behind bars, as the new regime and constitution would render all previous presidential orders null and void.

Representative democracy, with its deep-rooted political careers and unchecked power, has become a ticking time bomb. The scandal surrounding former Senator Bob Menendez is a case in point: after decades of riding the political gravy train — from mayor of Union City (1986–1992) to U.S. Representative (1993–2006) to U.S. Senator (2006–2024) — his house of cards finally came crashing down.

Convicted on 16 federal counts, including bribery, extortion, and acting as a foreign agent for Egypt, Menendez was caught red-handed with gold bars worth $150K and nearly half a million dollars in cash hidden in his home. His actions turned public service into self-service, chipping away at the very foundation of representative government.

The current structure of representative democracy, held together by an American 250-year-old constitution, is simply past its sell-by date. When power is handed over on a silver platter and left unchecked, corruption creeps in through the back door — just as it did with Menendez’s unchecked reign.

If one high-ranking official can pull the wool over the public’s eyes, how many others are doing the same behind closed doors? Even if most lawmakers walk the straight and narrow, the system itself is a breeding ground for misconduct.

It’s high time to turn over a new leaf and replace this broken model with Efficracy — an innovative regime that puts power back in the hands of the people, demands accountability, and ensures governance is measured by real results. The future won’t wait, and neither should we.

While the Supreme Court cherry-picks cases that suit its own interests, ignoring critical reforms that matter to the American people, Congress and state legislatures have also failed to modernize laws like adverse possession (squatter rights), which stem from English common law and no longer make sense in a modern, structured property system.

These institutions seem more invested in preserving archaic traditions than addressing real issues. Instead of serving the public, the Supreme Court justices cling to outdated precedents, even as some face backlash for ethical scandals. This is why top-to-bottom reform is essential — a shift from the old “We The People” Constitution to the modern “We The Humans” vision that renders these institutions absolute and breaks free from the grip of outdated, dysfunctional systems.

What ethical scandals? Revelations about undisclosed gifts and financial ties involving Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito have raised serious questions about the impartiality and integrity of the Supreme Court. These issues have led to widespread public distrust and calls for a binding code of conduct for justices, suggesting that current ethical standards are insufficient for maintaining public confidence in judicial independence.

Yet another reason to rethink America’s Constitution.

While taxpayers foot the bill for unnecessary travel, Hegseth gathered hundreds of generals to promote his book instead of focusing on what senior generals are meant to provide: strategic, innovative, and tactical leadership — not biceps, which are better left to younger troops.

If you’ve ever wondered why grocery prices have skyrocketed, it’s because the two dummies, Pelosi and McConnell, relied on their conventional thinking and printed over $3 trillion during COVID. This triggered inflation not just in the U.S. but worldwide, devaluing the dollar in countries that hold it as a reserve currency.

Instead of holding the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) accountable for the pandemic — a move the entire world would have rallied behind — they shifted the burden onto American citizens and the global populace. In hindsight, the sanctions imposed on Russia today should have been aimed at the CCP back then. The world would’ve united to make them pay for the economic havoc COVID wreaked on every country.

Pelosi and McConnell, the so-called masterminds of incompetence, etched their names in history, ensuring that future generations will poop on their graves for aiding the CCP while saddling Americans with the fallout.

Why hold the CCP accountable? Because they could have contained COVID within China, warned the world, and prevented a global pandemic. Instead, they hid the truth and let the world suffer. However, America failed to act decisively and instead printed massive amounts of money. Other countries followed suit, devaluing their currencies as well, which paved the way for alternatives like the BRICS financial system, backed by Russia and China.

To address the damage caused by Pelosi’s and McConnell’s foolish decisions in ruining the fiat system — way before the dumber Biden and the dumb Trump — I’ve developed a new economic model that goes beyond the outdated conflict between socialism and capitalism. I call it Medallion-ism, a paradigm designed to help mitigate the consequences of their actions.

Unfortunately, their shortsightedness has left Americans with a heavy financial burden and a national debt that seems impossible to repay — but I’m here to do my best to fix it.

Immigration, handled by an immigrant

Immigration is a global issue, not just an American one. If you want to nail it down sustainably, let the founder — an immigrant himself — handle it. Instead, AI and machinery would handle the task in the near future, while border patrol agents receive a medallion as compensation that exceeds their current salaries, all paid by what I’ve newly coined the Equalization Industry. An AI-controlled border will ensure that Americans won’t be seen as heartless by the world, and border patrol agents won’t have to face the tough decision of whether to act against or shoot a mother crossing the border with her children.

This new approach to U.S. border security reimagines the process by replacing human involvement with AI-driven, machine-controlled systems. It establishes a buffer zone that prioritizes human rights and dignity, ensuring the border is safeguarded without the ethical dilemmas faced by frontline agents.

The entire globe will be aware that the message to potential crossers is clear: attempting to cross will become an individual act of suicide — nothing to do with blaming Americans — akin to stepping in front of a moving train, as the system operates autonomously without human empathy or oversight.

This paradigm shift aims to deter unauthorized entry while upholding the nation’s values and addressing border security sustainably. Everything will be revealed to the public by the real czar of the border, the invited member of the Founding Club, U.S. Rep. Dan Crenshaw.

Beyond the national issue of the southern border, and on a global level, I’ve created a new economic model called the Equalization Industry to address the core of the immigration problem. This model is built around a proposed 34th human right: immigration equality, which would replace the outdated 14th human right of asylum seeking. All of this will be proposed during the Bretton Woods 2.0 conferences.

I will be the first to have my American citizenship “falked,” a term named after the Canadian Parliament member Rosemary Falk. Falkism represents the foundation of a newly introduced concept: immigration equality. My aim isn’t to oppose immigrants in North America and Europe but to create a sustainable system that ensures equal opportunities for people across the globe.

I love a challenge, but inviting two American elected officials who hate each other — more than the feud between Putin and Zelensky — is more than just a challenge. It risks becoming a disaster that could make me look like an idiot in the eyes of the American people, or a genius if it succeeds in bringing the country together like never before.

Such unity could restore trust in the U.S. macroeconomy and inspire confidence worldwide. Right now, polarization terrifies investors, shaking the foundations of the exchange markets and the economy. As is well known, economies thrive in peace and crumble in conflict.

What most people miss is that I don’t just have a Plan B — I have plans all the way to Plan Z, if necessary. One of these is a project I call De-Bokassa, designed to help me navigate this challenge if the two officials, MTG and AOC, fail to prioritize the nation’s interests over their egos.

With that being said, I want to reassure the American people: both individuals are decent and capable, but they operate with different values and ideologies in mind.

Why these two? First, because the impact of MTG and AOC on uniting the country is ten times greater than that of any other public figures.
